Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unsere interne IT-Infrastruktur und sorgst für einen stabilen Betrieb, indem du dich um die Netzwerkadministration und die Pflege unserer SQL-Datenbanken kümmerst.
- Du konfigurierst neue Computersysteme für unsere Kunden, installierst unsere spezifische Steuerungssoftware und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Start.
- Als technische Ansprechperson analysierst du Kundenanfragen zu unserer Software per Telefon sowie Remote-Support und erarbeitest schnelle, pragmatische Lösungen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Außendienst unterstützt du unsere Service-Techniker bei technischen Herausforderungen und pflegst die Lösungsdokumentation.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig den Einkauf von IT-Hardware sowie Elektronikkomponenten für den internen Bedarf und für spezifische Kundenprojekte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Elektronik oder Mechatronik oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung mit.
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung (mindestens 1 Jahr) in der Einrichtung und Betreuung von Computersystemen gesammelt.
- Du kennst dich gut mit Netzwerktechnik aus und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL-Datenbanken.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, schätzt aber auch den Austausch im Team und den direkten Kontakt zu Kund:innen.
- Für die Betreuung unserer internationalen Kundschaft kommunizierst du sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
