- Sie montieren präzise mechanische und elektronische Baugruppen anhand von technischen Zeichnungen und Plänen.
- Sie führen sorgfältige Qualitätsprüfungen an den montierten Teilen durch, dokumentieren die Ergebnisse und nehmen bei Bedarf Korrekturen vor.
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team identifizieren und beheben Sie Störungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Montageprozess sicherzustellen.
- Sie bringen Ihre Ideen zur Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe aktiv ein und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste Erfahrung in der Montage von Baugruppen mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Sorgfalt sowie Präzision und Sie bringen sich gerne im Team ein.
- Sie sind motiviert, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
