This role is pivotal in managing our end-to-end fine collection process, including data collection, evaluation of process changes, and financial efficiency.

What can you expect?
- You lead the end-to-end fine collection process, ensuring efficient data collection, evaluating process changes, and enhancing financial efficiency
- You define workflows to ensure efficient and lawful retrieval of car owner data, adhering to EU regulations and data protection laws
- You understand and adapt processes to accommodate international payment patterns
- You define, analyze, and monitor KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- You develop and continuously refine processes to streamline all operational collection activities
- You work closely with internal departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience

What should you bring along?
- You obtained at least 4 years of proven experience in collections, (data) analytics, or a related field
- You possess strong critical thinking skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- You are proficient in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase
- You demonstrate the ability to implement process-specific KPIs
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable
