Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden aus der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche in herausfordernden Transformationsprojekten – von der zukunftsfähigen Strategie bis zur wirkungsvollen Umsetzung
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden als Projektleiter (m/w/d) in wichtigen strategischen Fragestellungen und bist aufgrund deines fachlichen Know-hows ein guter Sparringspartner und Ideengeber
- Du identifizierst und quantifizierst Optimierungspotenziale zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Kunden
- Du akquirierst neue, spannende Projekte und baust unser Kundennetzwerk aktiv aus
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung eigener, marktrelevanter Themen
- Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein, um unser Unternehmen für die Zukunft auszurichten und stellst damit die Weichen für unseren Wachstumspfad

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Banking und/oder Consulting mit
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, alternativ eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung zum Bank-/Sparkassenbetriebswirt (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektgeschäft und hast Spaß an Veränderungsprozessen
- Du hast bestenfalls erste Führungserfahrung (z.B. auch als Projektleitung) gesammelt und hast Freude daran, ein Team zu steuern und zu entwickeln
- Du bist in der Lage, deine Arbeitsergebnisse adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und wirkungsvoll zu kommunizieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, arbeitest zielorientiert, ergreifst in schwierigen Situationen gerne die Initiative und übernimmst Verantwortung.
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit
- Deine Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C1) sind zwingend erforderlich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
