Dadurch trittst Du gegenüber Deinen Kunden und Kandidaten als spezialisierter Ansprechpartner auf Augenhöhe auf.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du pflegst enge Kundenbeziehungen und baust diese stetig aus
- Du erweiterst Dein Netzwerk eigenständig und gewinnst neue Kund:innen
- Du begleitest Deine Kund:innen als Sparringspartner:in bei der Besetzung von Freelancing-Projekten und verfolgst dabei immer das Ziel, das „Perfect Match“ zu finden
- Du führst kundenseitige (Rahmen-) Vertragsverhandlungen
- Du verfolgst aktuelle Trends und Marktentwicklungen, vertiefst stetig Dein Fachwissen und vernetzt Dich schon heute mit den Expert:innen von morgen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du brennst für Sales und hast bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche, z.B. als Personaldienstleister (m/w/d), Personalberater (m/w/d), Headhunder (m/w/d) oder Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d)
- Du greifst gerne zum Hörer und bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch (C1)
- Du besitzt eine hohe Dienstleistungs- & Erfolgsorientierung
- Du hast eine Hands-On-Mentalität und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du findest die Life Sciences Branche spannend und bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit, Dir ein umfassendes Fachwissen anzueignen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
