Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter im technischen Innendienst für die Kundenberatung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und kommunizierst mit ihnen vorwiegend auf Deutsch und häufig auch auf Englisch
- Du stehst mit unseren Kund:innen vor allem über Mail zusätzlich auch per Telefon im Kontakt
- Du unterstütz gelegentlich auf Messen persönlich vor Ort, Optionen dafür gibt es meist ca 10 Mal pro Jahr
- Du leistest technische Unterstützung im Vertrieb
- Du bearbeitest Aufträge und Anfragen zu unseren Mast- & Beleuchtungssystemen
- Du erstellst Angebote und Aufträge für Ersatzteile und Servicedienstleistungen
- Du erstellst Lieferscheine
- Du betreust Kund:innen aktiv bei Reklamationen und wickelst diese ab
- …kurz: Du betreust unsere Kund:innen von A–Z im gesamten Prozess.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Beispiel Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder ähnliche – ein Quereinstieg ist leider nicht möglich
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und Vorstellungskraft zu den Reparaturprozessen unserer Maschinen
- Du bringst EDV-Kenntnisse mit (Microsoft Office)
- Du hast idealerweise Vorkenntnisse in der Auftragsbearbeitungssoftware Sage Quantum
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit direktem Kund:innenkontakt und ein freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten
- Du bist auf der Suche nach einer neuen, langfristigen Position, in der du dich weiterentwickeln kannst.
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die du regelmäßig für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen benötigst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
