Ihre Aufgaben:
- Strategische Produktverantwortung: Übernahme der ganzheitlichen Verantwortung für einen Teilbereich des Produkt- und Serviceportfolio Furniture Lighting über den gesamten Lebenszyklus und Entwicklung einer klaren Produktstrategie
- Markt- und Trendanalyse: Beobachtung internationaler Markttrends, Technologien und Wettbewerber sowie Ableitung von Produktstrategien und Innovationsimpulsen
- Sortimentsmanagement: Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Produkt und Service unter Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher und gestalterischer Aspekte
- Entwicklungsprojekte: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Entwicklungspartnern und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung marktfähiger Produktlösungen
- Technische Expertise: Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch Produkttrainings, Schulungsunterlagen und technischer Beratung beim Kunden
- Marketing und Kommunikation: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Produktdokumentation, Katalogen, Onlineinhalten und Messeauftritten

Das zeichnet Sie aus:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, die Betriebswirtschaft und Technik vereint
- Bereits vorhandene Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und den Bereichen LED oder Elektronik sind von Vorteil
- Affinität für Licht, Technologie, Architektur Design und Möbel
