Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung darin, komplexe (Software-)Projekte von der Idee bis zum Markterfolg eigenverantwortlich zu steuern und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zur Erreichung von Business-Zielen zu treffen
Du bringst einen hohen Anspruch an Produktqualität mit und besitzt die Fähigkeit, im Team Klarheit zu schaffen und für Verbindlichkeit zu sorgen
Du hast fundierte, praktische Expertise in qualitativer UX-Research (Methodik, eigenständige Durchführung und Analyse)
