Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst einen Produktbereich weiter und identifizierst situativ neue Produkte und Sortimente, die strategisch zu unserem Unternehmen passen
- Du übernimmst die volle Ownership über Deine Produktgruppen – mit Fokus auf Einkauf, Sortimentsgestaltung, Preissteuerung und wirtschaftlicher Performance über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
- Du agierst wie ein:e Unternehmer:in im Unternehmen und findest nachhaltige, skalierbare Lösungen für Herausforderungen in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du definierst marktgerechte Preispunkte und steuerst damit aktiv Absatz-, Umsatz- und Margenziele in Deinem Produktbereich
- Du baust Hersteller- und Lieferantenbeziehungen auf und aus – verhandelst Konditionen, sicherst Lieferfähigkeit und entwickelst langfristige Partnerschaften
- Du beobachtest kontinuierlich den Markt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich – analysierst Wettbewerb, Verfügbarkeiten, Preisdynamiken & Trends – und leitest daraus Sortiments- und Einkaufsentscheidungen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise mit Affinität zu technischen Produkten und Sortimentsstrukturen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Produktmanagement mit, vorzugsweise im digitalen oder handelsnahen Umfeld
- Du hast ein sicheres Verständnis für Sortimentsgestaltung, Pricing und wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen – du kannst Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar und datenbasiert treffen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig und hast die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld klar zu setzen
- Du denkst analytisch und hast ein starkes Zahlenverständnis, um Markt-, Preis- und Verfügbarkeitsentwicklungen souverän zu bewerten
- Du bist teamfähig, offen und hast Lust auf Weiterentwicklung – du arbeitest gern im Austausch mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen und bringst eigene Impulse ein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
