Was erwartet dich?
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Technische Projektberatung: Du berätst unsere Kunden von der Planungsphase bis zur Ausführung hinsichtlich Materialauswahl, Statik und Verlegesystemen.
- Systemlösungen: Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden technisch optimale und wirtschaftliche Konzepte für komplexe Trassenverläufe.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Du bildest die Brücke zwischen dem Kunden, unserer internen Technik-Abteilung und der Produktion.
- Akquise & Networking: Du identifizierst neue Projekte im Bereich Fernwärmeausbau und pflegst enge Kontakte zu Planungsbüros und Entscheidern.
- Schulung & Präsentation: Du führst technische Produktschulungen durch und präsentierst ISOPLUS auf Fachmessen und Verbandstreffen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Qualifikation: Du bist Ingenieur (m/w/d) (Fachrichtung Versorgungstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau) oder Techniker mit fundierter Erfahrung im Tiefbau oder der Gebäudetechnik.
- Know-how: Kenntnisse im Bereich Fernwärme, Rohrleitungsbau oder Wärmetechnik sind ein großes Plus.
- Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, kannst Kundenbedürfnisse präzise analysieren und hast Freude an einer beratungsintensiven Vertriebstätigkeit.
- Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in unserer internationalen Gruppe.
- Mobilität: Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B und Lust darauf, Projekte direkt vor Ort zu betreuen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
