Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen unsere Leitstellensoftware und kundenspezifischen Lösungen, einschließlich der erforderlichen IT-Infrastruktur beim Kunden
- Sie übernehmen Aufgaben im Projektteam wie die Systeminstallation, die Einrichtung von Datenbanksystemen, die Konfiguration von Schnittstellen zu Subsystemen, Systemtests, Fehleranalysen, Inbetriebnahmen oder Wartungen
- Sie analysieren die Anforderungen unserer Kunden, beraten und informieren sie professionell und stehen ihnen als verlässlicher Realisierungspartner zur Seite
- Sie arbeiten bei der Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen eng mit den Projektteams und der Softwareentwicklung zusammen
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und für das Team des 1st-Level-Supports
- Sie unterstützen nach einer Einarbeitungszeit die Rufbereitschaft (für eine Woche ca. alle 8 Wochen).

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbare nachweislich erworbene Qualifikationen
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in der Realisierung komplexer IT-Systeme in Kundenprojekten, idealerweise im Leitstellenbereich von Feuerwehren, Rettungsdiensten, Polizei oder Werkfeuerwehren
- Sie haben Interesse an Datenbanksystemen, Systemarchitekturen, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen sowie Schnittstellenanbindungen von Drittsystemen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke, Ihre Teamfähigkeit, Ihre Flexibilität sowie Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie haben Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2 sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
