Was erwartet dich?

Du begleitest interessante und prominente Bauprojekte von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung und berätst Bauherren und Fachplaner kompetent in Belangen des anlagentechnischen Brandschutzes und der sicherheitstechnischen Gebäudeausrüstung.
Du führst die bauordnungsrechtlich vorgeschriebenen Prüfsachverständigenleistungen durch oder unterstützt unsere Prüfsachverständigen bei diesen Aufgaben
Du führst Zwischenbegehungen durch und begutachtest die sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen während der Bauzeit
Du prüfst die Funktion und Wirksamkeit der gebäudetechnischen, sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen; Du beurteilst die Betriebssicherheit nach Bauordnungsrecht.
Du beurteilst sachkundig Abweichungen, wenn die rechtlichen Anforderungen nicht umgesetzt werden können
Du testest die sicherheitstechnische Gesamtkonzeption nach Fertigstellung

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein Ingenieurstudium abgeschlossen oder eine Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker für technische Gebäudeausrüstung
Du hast im idealfall mehrjährige Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer ausführenden Firma für technische Gebäudeausrüstung oder bist in einem Ingenieurbüro für die Gewerke Lüftung und/oder Löschanlagen tätig
Du bist teamfähig und bereit, Neues zu lernen
Du hast Interesse an technischer Gebäudeausrüstung und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen
Du hast einen Führerschein oder bist anderweitig mobil
Du beherrschst Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
