Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Verantwortung für Ihre Projekte und betreuen unsere Kund:innen in Baden-Württemberg von der Genehmigungsplanung bis zur finalen Ausführung.
- Sie erstellen maßgeschneiderte Brandschutzkonzepte sowie fundierte brandschutztechnische Stellungnahmen und sorgen für praxistaugliche Lösungen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Behörden, den zuständigen Brandschutzdienststellen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten gewährleisten Sie einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.
- Sie koordinieren die zeichnerische Umsetzung Ihrer Konzepte mit dem internen Zeichenteam und unterstützen unsere Sachverständigen in komplexen Projektphasen.
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich Ortstermine für Bestandsaufnahmen, Begehungen und Abstimmungsgespräche durch.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind qualifizierte:r Fachplaner:in für Brandschutz und haben bereits mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrung in diesem Bereich gesammelt.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus, um Projekte eigenverantwortlich zu betreuen.
- Sie begeistern sich für das Thema Brandschutz und haben den Anspruch, für Ihre Kund:innen praxistaugliche und sichere Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung mit Behörden und Projektbeteiligten kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
