Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Product Sales Manager IBM i & Z (w/m/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std. / Woche) für unser wachsendes PKS-Vertriebsteam. Als Product Sales Manager (m/w/d) bist du die treibende Kraft hinter der Vermarktung unseres innovativen Analyse- und Transformationswerkzeugs PKS eXplain.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust neue Kundenbeziehungen im DACH-Raum auf und entwickelst sie weiter, mit Fokus auf IBM i und Z Unternehmen
- Du platzierst und verkaufst unser Produkt strategisch, sowohl bei Bestandskund:innen als auch Neukund:innen
- Du identifizierst Kundenbedarfe und positionierst unser Produkt als optimale Lösung zur Analyse und Modernisierung ihrer Systeme
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich Markttrends und Kundenanforderungen, um den Vertrieb zu optimieren und neue Potenziale zu erschließen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketing- und Presales-Team zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Angebote und Präsentationen zu erstellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen IT-Produkten, idealerweise im IBM i oder Z Umfeld
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse von IT-Leitungen und CTOs mittelständischer und großer Unternehmen
- Du besitzt überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich darzustellen
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 in Wort und Schrift
- Du verfügst idealerweise über ein starkes Netzwerk in der IBM i und Z Welt
- Du bringst Grundkenntnisse zu Legacy-Systemen und Transformationsprojekten mit, was von Vorteil ist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
