Was erwartet Sie?
- Laufende Überwachung der Risikosituation der Bank sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Risikoberichten, z.B. Risikoinventur und Stresstests
- Verantwortung für die Steuerung der Kreditrisiken, Marktrisiken, operationellen Risiken und Liquiditätsrisiken
- Mitwirkung bei der Gesamtbankplanung und ertragsorientierten Feinsteuerung zur Überwachung und Lenkung von Geschäftsfeldern und -prozessen
- Unterstützung des Vorstands bei der Erarbeitung der Geschäfts- und Risikostrategie sowie der Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Weiterentwicklung der Risikomanagementsysteme, Validierung der Ergebnisse und Prüfung der Angemessenheit der eingesetzten Verfahren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling oder Bankausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Bank erforderlich
- Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Controlling
- Erfahrung mit der genossenschaftlichen Steuerungssoftware VR-Control und sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
- Teamorientierung, starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Affinität für mathematische und statistische Rechenmethoden sowie Offenheit für fachliche Veränderungen
- Interesse an aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen (MaRisk, EBA-Guidelines) und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und adressatengerecht zu präsentieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
