Das erwartet Dich:
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Beratungsprojekte und begleitest Banken bei der Umsetzung strategischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Risikomanagement.
- Du konzipierst und leitest Workshops zur Banksteuerung, in denen Du komplexe Sachverhalte für die Teilnehmenden greifbar machst und gemeinsam Lösungen erarbeitest.
- Mithilfe gängiger Bankanwendungssoftware (z.B. der Sparkassenfinanzgruppe) analysierst Du bestehende Prozesse im Controlling sowie Risikomanagement und deckst konkrete Optimierungspotenziale auf.
- Du treibst die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen für die ESG-Risikosteuerung bei unseren Kunden voran und etablierst Dich als Ansprechpartner für dieses Zukunftsfeld.
- Im engen Austausch mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du unsere Beratungsansätze im Risikomanagement strategisch weiter und bringst Deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein.

Das bringst Du mit:
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gesamtbanksteuerung mit, idealerweise aus einer Bank, Beratung oder einem Prüfungsverband.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs bildet deine theoretische Grundlage.
- Deine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise zeichnet dich aus und du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich präsentieren.
- Du überzeugst durch Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke und treibst Themen mit hoher Eigeninitiative selbstständig voran.
- Idealerweise bist du bereits mit der Bankanwendungssoftware der Sparkassenfinanzgruppe oder der Genossenschaftsbanken vertraut.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiten Reisen zu unseren Kunden sind für dich selbstverständlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
