Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Digitalisierungs-, Prozessgestaltungs- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekte aus dem Kreditgeschäft – insbesondere in unseren Schwerpunkten private Baufinanzierung und Bausparen, aber ggfs. auch in anderen Kreditbereichen
- Du unterstützt den Projektleiter beim Projektmanagement und übernimmst die Rolle eines Business Analysts/ Engineers
- Du leistest Requirements Management/ Anforderungsmanagement, d.h. Du erhebst, analysierst, spezifizierst und priorisierst fachliche Anforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen und IT
- Du berätst und begleitest unsere Kund:innen in der Erarbeitung ihrer digitalen Zielprozesse und denkst dabei End-to-End
- Als (Senior) Consultant zeigst Du kompromissloses Engagement für die Ziele der Kund:innen, verbunden mit starker Lösungs- und Umsetzungsorientierung
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, gepaart mit hoher Motivation und hohem Qualitätsanspruch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Dein wirtschafts- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich absolviert, eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder die Weiterbildung zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) oder Bankbetriebswirt (m/w/d) sind ein Plus
- Du bringst 2 bis 4 Jahre, fundierte Berufserfahrung mit Branchen- und Beratungserfahrung, mit
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in den Kreditprozessen einer Bank, insbesondere in unseren Schwerpunkten private Baufinanzierung und Bausparen, idealerweise aber auch in anderen Kreditbereichen
- Du verfügst über Methodenwissen aus der Beratung, in der Prozessanalyse, der Business Analyse, dem Testmanagement und dem Erstellen von Fachkonzepten bzw. IT-Vorgaben
- Du kombinierst Dein Fachwissen mit einem breiten Verständnis für IT-Prozesse – idealerweise in den Bereichen serviceorientierter Architektur, API Management, Cloud Technologie oder vergleichbarer Technologien
- Du hast Erfahrung in verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Stilen (bspw. agiles Projektmanagement) und besitzt die im Beratungsumfeld notwendige Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
