Als Sachbearbeiter im Produktmanagement (m/w/d) übernimmst Du vielfältige Aufgaben und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei. In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktmanagern (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Beschaffung, Pflege und Auswertung von Produktdaten, sowie die Entwicklung und Pflege von Lieferantenkontakten. Deine Arbeit ist entscheidend für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Innovation unserer Produkte.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest Beschaffungsvorgänge nach Vorgaben, übernimmst die Terminüberwachung, Teilenummernschlüsselung und die Auswertung von Daten
- Du korrespondierst mit unseren Lieferant:innen im In- und Ausland
- Du bist für die Erfassung und Pflege neuer Lieferantenkontakte zuständig
- Du unterstützt bei der Reklamationsabwicklung und pflegst unsere Produktdaten
- Du bist für unseren Empfang zuständig, wobei du externe Anrufe entgegennimmst, Besucher:innen und Dienstleister:innen registrierst und empfängst, unseren Fahrzeugpool organisierst und für die Raumreservierung verantwortlich bist

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich wie bspw. Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Einzelhandel, Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d), Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement
- Du bringst bestenfalls erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich von einem Jahr mit, bist aber auch herzlich willkommen, wenn Du langjährige Berufserfahrung mitbringst
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau in Wort und Schrift, was dir eine fließende Kommunikation mit Lieferant:innen ermöglicht
- Du besitzt gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du organisierst Deinen Arbeitsalltag selbstständig durch Deine sorgfältige und konzentrierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst mit Deiner offenen und freundlichen Art frischen Wind in unser dynamisches Team
