Was erwartet dich?
- Du initiierst und leitest Werbekampagnen für vielversprechende neue Batterie- und Stromversorgungsprodukte und -technologien
- Du schulst und informierst die Vertriebsorganisation über neue Entwicklungen und die Alleinstellungsmerkmale (USPs) von Batterien und Netzteilen in unserem unternehmensinternen Portfolio
- Du bewertest bestehende und potenzielle neue Lieferanten von Batterien und Netzteilen, um unser Portfolio so wettbewerbsfähig wie möglich zu halten
- Du sammelst Informationen über konkurrierende Anbieter von Batterien und Netzteilen und gibst diese an die Marketing- und Vertriebsteams weiter
- Du sorgst für allgemeine Kommunikation, Berichterstattung und Beziehungspflege mit Lieferanten auf allen Ebenen und sicherst die finanzielle Unterstützung von Lieferanten für Werbekampagnen für neue Produkte und Technologien
- Du überwachst die Prognose, den Umsatz, die Marge und die Entwicklung der Design-Gewinne und verwaltest aktiv kommerzielle und technische Produktdaten
- Du berätst lokale Vertriebsteams hinsichtlich Produktlösungen, die den spezifischen Anwendungsanforderungen der Kund:innen entsprechen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Portfoliolieferanten, einschließlich der direkten Einbindung in die Kundenkommunikation, falls erforderlich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist ein erfahrener Profi mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund oder Produktmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit spezifischen Kenntnissen über Batterien und Stromversorgungen
- Du bringst min. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder im kaufmännischen Bereich mit und bist offen und lernbereit dich in das Thema Batterien und Stromversorgung einzuarbeiten
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du bist ein proaktiver und ergebnisorientierter Profi, der sich in einem dynamischen und sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu Hause fühlt
- Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
