Was Sie bei uns bewegen:
- In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die termingerechte Beförderung von Sendungen sowie die Überwachung dieser während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit. Hierbei handelt es sich um Container, FRs sowie Break Bulk; um LKW- und Seeverkehre, Binnenschiffs- und gelegentlich Schienentransporte.
- Entsprechend den Lieferplänen buchen Sie die benötigten Kapazitäten auf den jeweiligen Verkehrsträgern und überwachen die Schnittstellen.
- Über den gesamten Logistikprozess stehen Sie in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und betreuen diese fachgerecht.
- Sie beantragen, erstellen und bearbeiten alle für den Prozess erforderlichen Dokumente.
- Sie erstellen abschließend die Ausgangsrechnungen und kontrollieren die Eingangsrechnungen auf ihre inhaltliche Richtigkeit.
- Sie betreuen bereits bestehende Kunden- und Geschäftsverbindungen und bauen diese aus.
- Sie arbeiten an der Erstellung von Transportkonzepten und Angeboten mit und bearbeiten die Tender.

Was uns überzeugt:
- Sie können eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung vorweisen.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und ausgeprägtes Fachwissen im Bereich Seefracht Export/Import FCL/RoRo/Break Bulk mit.
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie beherrschen MS Office (insbesondere Word und Excel).
- Sie haben Spaß am Arbeiten im Team und sind kommunikationsstark.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
