Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Verwaltung aller Sicherheiten – sowohl gegebene als auch erhaltene – und bringst Ordnung und Effizienz in den Prozess
- Du behältst souverän alle Sicherheitstermine im Blick, um sicherzustellen, dass nichts übersehen wird
- Du stellst durch sorgfältige Prüfung der Rechnungen von Kreditversicherern und der Bankabbuchungen über Avalprovisionen sicher, dass alles korrekt abläuft
- Du koordinierst den professionellen Schriftverkehr mit Auftraggeber:innen, Nachunternehmer:innen, Insolvenzverwalter:innen, Banken und Kreditversicherern und pflegst wertvolle Beziehungen
- Du entwirfst und überprüfst Bürgschaftstexte aller Art und sorgst dafür, dass alle eingehenden Bürgschaften den Anforderungen entsprechen
- Du machst den Unterschied, indem du im Schadensfall Bürgschaften effektiv in Anspruch nimmst und in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten kompetent zuarbeitest
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige monatliche Auswertungen, die zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung beitragen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
