Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten und führen Beratungsprojekte mit Schwerpunkt OP-Management, Prozessoptimierung und Ressourcensteuerung durch
- Sie analysieren, modellieren und optimieren perioperative Abläufe (von der OP-Planung bis zur Durchführung) unter Einsatz moderner Lean-Management-Methoden
- Sie konzipieren und implementieren Strategien zur Verbesserung der OP-Organisation, Prozessqualität und Ressourcenauslastung
- Sie erheben und analysieren Leistungs- und Prozesskennzahlen und leiten datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie moderieren interdisziplinäre Workshops und Change-Management-Prozesse
- Sie entwickeln und führen Digitalisierungsprojekte zur Unterstützung des OP-Betriebs ein
- Sie arbeiten mit Klinikleitungen, ärztlichen und pflegerischen Führungskräften sowie IT- und Controlling-Abteilungen zusammen
- Sie coachen und schulen OP-Teams zur nachhaltigen Prozessoptimierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im OP-Management, der OP-Koordination oder Leitung eines OP-Bereiches, idealerweise im Maximalversorger oder einer vergleichbaren Einrichtung
- Sie haben mehrere Jahre Tätigkeit im OP, ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin, Pflegewissenschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; idealerweise sind Sie Facharzt (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit Zusatzqualifikation im OP-Management
- Sie haben nachweisbare Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, OP-Controlling und Change Management
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse relevanter Kennzahlensysteme und OP-Management-Software
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken und Umsetzungsstärke
- Sie haben Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und sind bereit zu projektbezogener Reisetätigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
