Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung, von der Erstellung von Aufträgen bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kund:innen in allen kaufmännischen Belangen
- Du führst Preisverhandlungen und erstellst Angebote für bereits bezogene Produkte
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für eigene Kund:innen, um eine ganzheitliche kaufmännische Kundenbetreuung zu gewährleisten
- Du baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst sie durch Beratung und Support
- Du betreust Kund:innen per Telefon, Mail und Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d) wie z. B. Industriekauffrau/-mann oder Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandel
- Optimalerweise konntest Du bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im Umgang mit technischen Produkten sammeln
- Du hast ein grundsätzliches Interesse an technischen Produkten und Motivation, dieses Interesse zu vertiefen
- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen
- Du bringst Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) mit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, wie z. B. Alphaplan
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zu eigenständigem und kundenorientiertem Arbeiten
- Du hast Lust, gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen und Teil eines erfolgreichen Teams zu werden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
