Was erwartet dich?
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des (mglw. standortübergreifenden) Teams
- Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und Qualitätsstandards
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten im Bereich der planungsbegleitenden und/oder baubegleitenden Vermessung
- Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung
- Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Rekrutierung und Entwicklung des Teams
- Disposition der Mitarbeitenden und Sicherstellung der AUslastung
- Sicherstellung der Zeiterfassung, Reisekostenkontrolle, Budgetverantwortung
- Führung von Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Nachunternehmern und anderen Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherstellung funktionierender Standortinfrastruktur (Gebäude, IT, etc.)
- Sicherstellung der Arbeitsbedingungen und Arbeitsmittel (Sicherheitsunterweisungen, Fahrzeuge, Geräte, etc.)
- Positionierung des Standorts im lokalen Arbeitsmarkt
- Aktive Rekrutierung/Standortaufbau (Jobmessen, Ausschreibungen usw.)
- Strategischer Aufbau von Partnerschaften zur Leistungsergänzung
- Neukundenaquise und strategische Weiterentwicklung
- Motivation und Teambuilding standortübergreifend (Events usw.)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Vermessungswesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder als Führungskraft, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Vermessungsprojekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vermessungswesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen IT-Tools und Softwarelösungen
- Erste Erfahrungen und/oder starkes Interesse an Aufgaben im Bereich Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Reporting und Analysen
- Erfahrung in Teamleitung
- Exzellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, optional in Englisch von Vorteil
- Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
