Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Finanzberichterstattung der Unternehmensgruppe weltweit mit Standorten in Deutschland, Großbritannien, Nordamerika und China
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen als Teil des Management-Teams
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zur strategischen Beratung und Erreichung der Unternehmensziele zusammen
- Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Stakeholder und stellst die rechtzeitige Fertigstellung der monatlichen und jährlichen Rechnungsprüfung sowie der Finanz- und Steuerberichte der Gruppe sicher
- Du verantwortest das Reporting und Controlling der Unternehmensgruppe sowie die Planung, Überwachung und Kontrolle der Budgets
- Du entwickelst und setzt strategische Finanz- und Controlling-Konzepte um und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung ab
- Du verantwortest die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des weltweiten Transferpreiskonzeptes
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Bankpartner
- Du übernimmst die Gesamtführung und Entwicklung der lokalen Finanzteams der Gruppe an den verschiedenen Standorten und Rechtseinheiten
- Du kümmerst dich um die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller finanzspezifischen rechtlichen und unternehmensinternen Richtlinien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften und/oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre (bspw. mit den Schwerpunkten Finance/Controlling) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen oder vergleichbaren Position mit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Finance/Controlling in einem IT Unternehmen mit Saas-Geschäftsmodell
- Du besitzt Führungsstärke mit Hands-on-Ansatz und die Fähigkeit, strategische Visionen in konkrete Ergebnisse umzusetzen
- Du hast fundierte Finanzkenntnisse: Erfahrung und umfassendes Know-how im Rechnungswesen (Abschlusserstellung nach HGB), Controlling sowie dem gruppenweiten Reporting
- Du bist sehr gut in MS Office und ERP-Systemen und verhandlungssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Du verfügst über analytische Kompetenz: eine ausgeprägte analytische, systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten verständlich und übersichtlich darzustellen und Zusammenhänge zu verstehen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
