Was erwartet dich?
- Du sprichst eigenständig Immobilieneigentümer:innen an, um neue Verkaufsaufträge zu gewinnen
- Du entwickelst kreative Strategien, um den Immobilienmarkt in Deiner Region gezielt zu erschließen und baust langfristige Beziehungen zu Eigentümer:innen und Interessent:innen auf
- Du beobachtest regionale Marktentwicklungen, um Kund:innen fundiert zu beraten und analysierst die Wettbewerbssituation, um zielgerichtet auf Marktchancen zu reagieren
- Du präsentierst und vermarktest Immobilien in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team und organisierst sowie führst Besichtigungen und Verhandlungen durch – stets mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen
- Du begleitest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und der Notartermin-Vorbereitung und baust ein belastbares Netzwerk aus Eigentümer:innen, Käufer:innen, Partner:innen und Dienstleister:innen auf
- Du kooperierst mit führenden Unternehmen und Finanzinstituten in der Region, nutzt unser etabliertes Netzwerk und die Kundendatenbank, erstellst Exposés und planst zielgerichtete Marketingaktionen
- Du pflegst sorgfältig die Datenbank und dokumentierst alle Aktivitäten, während Du die Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben bei allen Prozessen und Abläufen sicherstellst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du has eine Ausbildung zum Immobilienmakler (m/w/d) abgeschlossen und verfügst über 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienmanagement
- Du hast Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Immobilienkenntnissen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, was zwingend erforderlich ist
- Du hast eine Hands-On-Mentalität und Freude an der Akquise und am Vertrieb
- Du begeisterst Dich für die individuelle Beratung unserer Kund:innen und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowie strukturiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
