Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Leitung des Einkaufs
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Einkaufsstrategien zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Materialversorgung und Kostenoptimierung um
- Sie steuern und optimieren die Lieferantenbeziehungen und verhandeln Konditionen
- Sie führen Marktanalysen durch und identifizieren neue Beschaffungsquellen
- Sie arbeiten mit anderen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Vertrieb, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik zusammen
- Sie führen und entwickeln ein motiviertes Einkaufsteam weiter und stellen die Einhaltung von regulatorischen Vorgaben und Compliance-Richtlinien im Einkaufsprozess sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Pharmazeutik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im pharmazeutischen Bereich
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, in der Verhandlungsführung und im Lieferantenmanagement
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Entwicklung von Einkaufsstrategien
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Problemlösungsorientierung aus
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft je nach Bedarf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
