Als Senior Java Software Engineer (m/w/d) berätst Du unsere Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung moderner Java-Architekturen und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen – von cloudbasierten Microservices bis hin zu BPM und Prozessautomatisierung. Du bist Teil eines erfahrenen Teams aus EntwicklerInnen und begleitest unsere Kunden langfristig auf ihrem Weg, Geschäftsprozesse effizienter und zukunftsfähiger zu gestalten.

Was erwartet dich?

Du arbeitest als Senior Java Software Engineer im Consulting in interessanten und anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten
Du entwickelst und verantwortest Java-basierte Anwendungen mit Spring Boot von der Architektur bis zum produktiven Betrieb
Du arbeitest in modernen, klar strukturierten Architekturen
Du bist hands-on im Code und übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität, Wartbarkeit und Stabilität
Du bringst Dich aktiv in technischen Entscheidungen ein und erklärst diese verständlich - intern sowie beim Kunden
Du wirst eigenständig oder gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Kundenprojekten eingesetzt und trittst dort als kompetenter Ansprechpartner auf
Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Consultants, Entwicklern und Architekten zusammen
Je nach Projekt bist Du gelegentlich vor Ort beim Kunden, überwiegend arbeitest Du remote

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Consulting mit unterschiedlichen Kunden
Mehrjährige und aktuelle Erfahrung in Java, davon mindestens 3 Jahre mit Spring Boot
Freude an sauberer Architektur und modernen Software-Design-Ansätzen
Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte klar und strukturiert zu erklären
Ein stringenter Lebenslauf mit überwiegend längerfristigen Stationen
Klare Motivation für eine Festanstellung(kein Freelancer-Profil)
Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein professionelles Auftreten
Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Einsätze

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
