Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie behalten den Überblick und überwachen alle finanziellen Aktivitäten innerhalb des Standorts
- Sie sind im direkten Austausch und arbeiten eng mit dem lokalen Managementteam sowie dem internationalen Finanzteam zusammen
- Sie sind für die Erstellung externer Finanzberichte sowie statistischer Meldungen zuständig und managen das tägliche Finanzgeschäft des Standortes
- Sie führen Kostenanalysen auf Produkt- und/ oder Standortebene durch und erarbeiten daraus Handlungsempfehlungen zur Kostenoptimierung bzw. Effizienzsteigerung zusammen mit dem Business
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Abschlüssen mit und verantworten das fristgemäße Monats- und Management-Reporting
- Sie steuern die Bereitstellung jedweder Art von Adhoc-Analysen sowie den Forecast und die Meldung von Abweichungen an die Geschäftsführung
- Sie arbeiten an der jährlichen Budgetplanung für Ihren Standort mit und stellen sicher, dass der Finanzbereich des Standorts effizient arbeitet und alle einschlägigen Vorschriften, Regeln sowie die konzerneinheitlichen Standards eingehalten werden

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling/Rechnungswesen, bevorzugt in einem Produktionsunternehmen, oder eine andersartige aber belegbare Qualifikation mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung, Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten in vergleichbaren Positionen im Bereich Controlling/Rechnungswesen
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in deutschen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (HGB, IFRS)
- Sie haben praktische Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, wünschenswert Microsoft AX und LucaNet, und hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS Office werden vorausgesetzt
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
