In dieser vielseitigen Rolle sind Sie gemeinsam mit dem geführten IT-Team verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Erweiterung bestehender Applikationen, einschließlich der Pflege des YourPPS-Systems zur Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Warenflüssen. Sie administrieren die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur und stellen durch die Sicherung gegen interne und externe Angriffe einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher. Neben der Erstellung von Datenbank-Auswertungen und Reports unterstützen Sie Anwender:innen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und erweitern bestehende Applikationen (YourPPS@web)
- Sie administrieren die IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Mail-, DHCP-, DNS-, File-, Print-Server, Hardware, Software und Client PCs
- Sie pflegen und entwickeln die Abbildung des Produktionsprozesses und des Warenflusses im YourPPS weiter, einschließlich Chargenverfolgung, QS und Logistik
- Sie erstellen einfache und komplexe Datenbank-Auswertungen und Reports
- Sie ermitteln Rationalisierungspotentiale und planen sowie implementieren Notbetriebsszenarien
- Sie sichern das Intranet vor internen und externen Angriffen ab und überwachen Log- und Protokoll-Dateien
- Sie dokumentieren und sichern Daten und unterstützen Anwender:innen in allen EDV-Belangen
- Sie beachten die HACCP- und HAFPS-Richtlinien und halten die datenschutzrechtlichen Vorschriften gemäß DSGVO ein
- Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für das IT-Team und führen dieses aktiv innerhalb der diversen Aufgaben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker:in, Informatikkaufmann/-frau oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich oder haben alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in PHP, HTML, Javascript, SQL, Linux und Windows
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in HACCP und dem GFSI-Standard sowie in BC und IoT, die wünschenswert sind
- Sie bringen fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (mind. C1-Niveau)
- Sie können täglich vor Ort an unserem Standort in Lüdinghausen arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
