Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten Kundenanfragen
- Sie vereinbaren Termine mit Kund:innen und disponieren die Monteur:innen / Servicetechniker:innen
- Sie erfassen und stellen Arbeitsberichte elektronisch für die Monteur:innen bereit
- Sie bestellen und stellen Material bereit
- Sie kontrollieren den Rücklauf der Arbeitsberichte und stellen Rechnungen
- Sie kontrollieren offene Wartungstermine und erstellen Angebote
- Sie nehmen Kundenreklamationen an und bearbeiten diese

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (in der SHK-Branche wünschenswert, aber nicht Bedingung)
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im technischen Service
- Sie haben sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert
- Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen
