Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für den Gesamtbereich passiver Netzwerkkomponenten mit Schwerpunkt LWL, von NE2 bis NE5, und leiten die Abteilung Produktmanagement
- Sie sind zuständig für die Führung eines Produktmanagers (m/w/d)
- Sie optimieren und bauen das bestehende Produktportfolio aus
- Sie arbeiten mit dem Vertrieb bei der Neuproduktentwicklung zusammen
- Sie erarbeiten Anforderungsprofile und erstellen Pflichtenhefte für neue Produkte, sei es Eigen- oder Fremdentwicklung
- Sie wählen Lieferanten aus und bewerten diese für Produkte zur Distribution
- Sie erstellen Konkurrenz- und Benchmark-Analysen und sind verantwortlich für Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätsanalysen
- Sie gestalten Produktlebenszyklus-Analysen und bearbeiten Ausschreibungen mit komplexen Lösungen
- Sie beraten Kund:innen technisch bei Projektlösungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben 5 bis 10 Jahre Erfahrung als Produktmanager (m/w/d) oder in einem ähnlichen Berufsfeld
- Sie haben ein wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium abgeschlossen oder eine entsprechende technische Berufsausbildung
- Sie verfügen über gute Englisch- und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit üblichen Tools wie Indesign, Microsoft Office Produkten und eventuell Dynamics 365 BC
- Sie zeigen Engagement und Eigeninitiative zur Erreichung von Zielen und arbeiten strukturiert und beharrlich
- Sie besitzen Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch im internationalen Umfeld der Unternehmensgruppe

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
