Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement gesammelt
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Audits durchgeführt
- Du hast eine Qualifikation zum Qualitätsmanagementauditor (QMA) und Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten (QMB)
- Du kennst die Regelwerke ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, EN 9100
- Du verfügst über umfassendes methodisches und konzeptionelles Wissen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Anwendung statistischer Methoden zur Analyse und Optimierung von Qualitätsprozessen
- Du hast Erfahrung im konstruktiven Umgang mit Konflikten und in der Vermittlung von verschiedenen Standpunkten
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung mit einer Weiterqualifizierung zum Ingenieur:in oder Techniker:in und kennst dich in den Bereichen Messtechnik, Reklamationsmanagement und Auftragsabwicklung aus
