Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbuchst alle laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du prüfst und verbuchst sorgfältig alle Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Du bearbeitest den Inlands- und Auslandszahlungsverkehr
- Du führst die Hauptbuchhaltung nach HGB durch, inklusive der Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Du erstellst die monatlichen Meldungen an die Finanzbehörden im In- und Ausland sowie an die Sozialversicherungsträger
- Du übernimmst das Office-Management für die Geschäftsführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berührungspunkte mit Buchhaltung, idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
- Du kannst erste Berufserfahrungen im Rechnungswesen, in einer Steuerberatung oder in der Buchhaltung aufweisen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und einen routinierten Umgang mit MS Office
- Du bist kommunikationsfähig, teamfähig und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
