Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Performance von Bankprozessen
- Du begleitest die Umsetzung von Prozessänderungen und der Einführung neuer Systeme, insbesondere im agree21-Umfeld, und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Integration
- Du übernimmst die Planung und Steuerung von Projekten, einschließlich der Organisation von Workshops und Trainings zur optimalen Vorbereitung des Teams
- Du berätst Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei der Ausrichtung der Prozessziele an der Unternehmensstrategie und sicherst so den langfristigen Erfolg
- Du treibst aktiv die kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung voran, indem du Verbesserungspotenziale identifizierst und passende Maßnahmen initiierst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prozessberatung mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf agree21 und der Bankenbranche.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und bist mit Methoden wie Six Sigma und Lean Management vertraut.
- Du gehst sicher mit agree21 und anderen bankenspezifischen IT-Systemen um und kannst IT- und Prozesslösungen optimal verbinden.
- Du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Moderationserfahrung, um komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und überzeugst durch eine empathische sowie lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative aus, steuerst eigenständig komplexe Projekte.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
