Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Anforderungsaufnahme in den Fachabteilungen und leitest daraus klare Problemstellungen, funktionelle Anforderungen und Spezifikationen ab
- Du priorisierst Anforderungen sinnvoll und kümmerst dich um notwendige Voraussetzungen und evtl. auftretende Blockaden
- Du begleitest den Umsetzungsprozess, hältst die Ergebnisse nach und agierst als Ansprechperson für die Klärung von fachlichen Rückfragen
- Du koordinierst Testszenarien, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und erstellst sowie pflegst die dazugehörigen Dokumentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement (m/w/d)
- Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und/oder in der Businessanalyse und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse mit
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in CRM- und ERP-Systemen und kennst dich idealerweise auch mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 aus
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
- Du trittst verbindlich und lösungsorientiert auf und deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch, konzeptionell, strategisch und kommunikativ
- Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
