Junior Buchhalter für Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest alle Geschäftsvorfälle der gesamten Bandbreite der Buchhaltung, insbesondere Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen inkl. Monitoring
- Du erstellst Zahlläufe und überwachst den ein- und ausgehenden Zahlungsverkehr
- Du kümmerst dich um die laufende Abstimmung und Pflege der Konten in unseren Buchhaltungssystemen und klärst selbstständig Differenzen
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Du unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und wirkst bei Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt im Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabenbereich mit, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen und/oder schnell expandierenden Unternehmen mit internationalen Schnittstellen
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Umsatzsteuer und in der Bilanzierung nach HGB
- Du verfügst über gute Excel-Kenntnisse und hast außerdem bereits erste Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssystemen (vorzugsweise SAP, Datev) gesammelt
- Du bist verlässlich, arbeitest genau und hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation verbunden mit dem Antrieb, etwas bewegen zu wollen, über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen und bestehende Prozesse beständig zu hinterfragen
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen und schnellen Umfeld und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
