Kalkulator im Tiefbau und Straßenbau (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die eigenverantwortliche Angebotskalkulation von Projekten im Tiefbau, Kanal- / Rohrleitungsbau, Straßenbau zuständig
- Du verantwortest die Beurteilung und Prüfung ausgewählter Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Anfragen
- Du erstellst Massenüberprüfungen, Leistungseinschätzungen sowie Kostenermittlungen und Nebenangebote
- Du bist für Leistungsverzeichnisse und Auftrags- und Nachtragskalkulation zuständig
- Du prüfst die technischen und terminlichen Rahmenbedingungen sorgfältig, um eine fundierte Basis für die Kalkulation zu schaffen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Controlling, dem Einkauf und dem Vertrieb zusammen, um die Kalkulationsgrundlagen zu ermitteln und wettbewerbsfähige Angebote zu erstellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kalkulation von Tiefbauprojekten mit
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d), technischer Zeichner (m/w/d), Kalkulator (m/w/d), ein Studium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Architekt:in oder eine dem Aufgabengebiet entsprechende vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement sowie im Umgang mit der VOB, was von Vorteil ist
- Du besitzt idealerweise Kenntnisse in BRZ

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
