Finance Associate - VC Fund Operations (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwaltest eigenständig die operativen Workflows, wie Deals, Fondsprozesse und Compliance.
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst Unternehmensbewertungen anhand von Transaktionsbenchmarks, Multiplikatoren und DCF-Modellen, insbesondere im Rahmen von Investitions- und Exit-Szenarien.
- Du baust eine zentrale KPI-Datenbank für alle Portfoliounternehmen auf und pflegst sie.
- Du sammelst und validierst finanzielle Daten der Portfoliounternehmen, einschließlich BWA/SuSa, Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Kapitalflussrechnung.
- Du unterstützt bei der Kapitalallokationsplanung und führst Fundraising-Analysen durch.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Finance- und Investment-Team bei Kapitalabrufen, Zahlungen und Transaktionsabwicklungen zusammen.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der Anforderungen aus Limited Partnership Agreements sicher, z. B. geographische oder sektorale Einschränkungen.
- Du erstellst Reporting-Packages für Limited Partners.
- Du wirkst an der jährlichen Prüfung der unternehmensinternen Fonds mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Du besitzt Kentnisse in HGB / IFRS / Controlling / Finance
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Bewertungsmethoden (DCF, Markt-Multiples)
- Du besitzt ein Grundverständnis von Unternehmensstrukturen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen ist ein Plus
- Du hast die Bereitschaft, bestehende Annahmen konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und Prozesse zu verbessern
- Dich kennzeichnend ein Ausgeprägte Detailorientierung und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Du besitzt einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du besitzt erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen / Rechnungswesen / Controlling, Start-up, Consulting, finanznahe Data Analytics oder direkt im PE-/VC-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Berufliche Sprachkompetenz in Englisch und Deutsch wird bevorzugt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
