- Sie nehmen Anforderungen der Fachbereiche an die IT auf, dokumentieren und koordinieren diese
- Sie erstellen Lastenhefte als Grundlage für die interne und externe Programmierung oder das Customizing
- Sie unterstützen beim Aufbau des Demand Management innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
- Sie definieren Gruppenstandards im Bereich Anforderungsdokumentation und wirken bei der Erarbeitung von Testprozeduren und -daten mit
- Sie dokumentieren und entwickeln die Kern-Geschäftsprozesse innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe weiter
- Sie halten Trainings ab und leiten Projekte für die Fachbereiche, sowie unterstützen die Tochterunternehmen beim Aufbau eigener Mitarbeitender im Bereich Business Analyse

- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Analyse oder Projektmanagement und haben Erfahrungen mit unterschiedlichster Soft- und Hardware
- Sie arbeiten unterstützend und hilfsbereit und zeigen ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sie besitzen analytisches Denkvermögen und Lösungsorientierung, insbesondere in der Fehlerbehebung
- Sie sind bereit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu begleiten und sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie haben Englischgrundkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
