IHR JOB BEI UNS:
- Sie verwalten das Kunden- und Forderungsmanagement, indem Sie Kontoauszüge buchen, Kundenkonten pflegen, Mahnwesen und Kreditlimits bearbeiten, Zahlungen abwickeln sowie Rücküberweisungen und Kontenabstimmungen durchführen
- Sie übernehmen Monatsabschlussarbeiten wie z.B. Banken- und Forderungskontenabstimmungen, Forderungsbewertungen (Bad Debt)
- Sie sind zuständig für die Aufbereitung und termingerechte Abgabe der statistischen Meldungen (z.B. Intrastat)
- Sie arbeiten an Prozess-Verbesserungen und -Dokumentationen und führen interne
Kontrollen und Analysen durch - Sie erstellen Zahlungsvorschlagslisten für Kreditorenzahlungen sowie manuelle Zahlungen
- Sie unterstützen beim Jahresabschluss sowie bei internen und externen Prüfungen
- Möglichkeit, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und andere Hauptbuchtätigkeiten unterstützend zu übernehmen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung mit
- Mit MS Office kennen Sie sich gut aus, insbesondere in MS Excel mit S-Verweis und Pivot-Tabellen
- Sie haben Erfahrung in SAP-FI/CO
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
- Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind auf dem Niveau „verhandlungssicher“ (min. Level B2)
- Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis mit und haben Spaß daran, Massentransaktionen und verschiedene Zahlungsbedingungen zu bearbeiten
- Sie haben den Willen und die Energie, über den Tellerrand zu schauen und gemeinsam im Team etwas zu erreichen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
