Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst, planst und führst interne IT-Projekte durch – sowohl klassisch als auch agil
- Du berätst und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen
- Du analysierst, optimierst und digitalisierst bestehende Arbeits- und Kommunikationsprozesse
- Du steuerst externe IT-Dienstleister und koordinierst die technische Umsetzung
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei strategischen IT-Initiativen und begleitest Projekte über alle Phasen – inklusive Change-Management und Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb
- Du führst interne Schulungen zur Einführung neuer Systeme und Prozesse durch und arbeitest eng mit allen Fachbereichen, der IT und dem Management zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast alternativ eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und ein breites technisches Verständnis sowie Grundkenntnisse der Wirkungsweise von ERP-Systemen
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der internen/externe IT-Beratung mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit zur Vermittlung zwischen IT und Fachabteilungen
- Du zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hast idealerweise eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung sowie Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
