Data Analyst mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und BI (m/w/d)
Das erwartet Dich:
- Du verantwortest den Aufbau von Data Pipelines mittels Datenaufbereitung und Zusammenführung aus diversen komplexen Datenquellen (via SQL Server Integration Services)
- Du nimmst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden auf und sorgst für die Implementierung der Lösung
- Du analysierst Geschäfts- und Vertriebsdaten, erkennst Muster und leitest daraus konkrete strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du analysierst und modellierst Datenbankmodelle und Reports zur Vertriebs- und Unternehmenssteuerung
- Du setzt deine Analysen in Power BI um - mit visuellen Dashboards, klaren KPIs und automatisierten Reports
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Bereichen Risikocontrolling, strategisches Bankmanagement, Meldewesen und Risikomanagement zusammen
- Gemeinsam im Team arbeitest Du an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung verschiedener Themen im Reporting

Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finance oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik mit Schwerpunkt Data Science, Business Intelligence oder Business Analytics
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken, Business Intelligence, Dashboard-Erstellung (z.B. Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Databricks, Qlik) sowie Programmiersprachen (z.B. Python, C#)
- Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Big Data/KI sowie mit Datenbanken oder Data Warehousing
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, die Begeisterung für selbstständiges und präzises Arbeiten sowie eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Die Bereitschaft, gelegentlich innerhalb Deutschlands zu unseren Kunden unterwegs zu sein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
