Was erwartet dich?
- Du treibst die Produktentwicklung maßgeblich voran, indem du das Backlog priorisierst und dich mit den relevanten Stakeholdern (w/m/d) wie Customer Success und Sales abstimmst
- Du übersetzt mit deinem cross-funktionalen Team Bedürfnisse aus dem Markt und Anforderungen der Stakeholder (w/m/d) in User Stories und setzt diese agil um
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit UX die User Experience unserer Produkte weiter, erarbeitest KPIs, Nutzungskennzahlen und Erfolgskriterien und definierst Maßnahmen zu deren Verbesserung
- Du optimierst das agile Arbeiten, wie zum Beispiel das Sprint Planning, gemeinsam mit deinem Team
- Du repräsentierst die Arbeit deines Teams bei unternehmensinternen Veranstaltungen, beispielsweise im Rahmen von Produkt-Demos
- Du arbeitest an weiteren Herausforderungen aus dem Product Management, wie der langfristigen Produktstrategie, erstellst Markteinführungspläne, lieferst Input für die Marketing-Kommunikation und unterstützt Sales bei Kundenterminen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner (m/w/d) gesammelt
- Du kannst agile Methoden wie SCRUM oder Kanban im Arbeitsalltag praktisch anwenden
- Du fühlst dich durch Gestaltungsspielräume und Eigenverantwortung herausgefordert
- Du bist offen für den Dialog mit Kund:innen und hast gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
