Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzpläne (SiGe-Pläne) aus
- Du erstellst fundierte Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, betriebliche Anweisungen und umfassende Sicherheitskonzepte
- Du planst und organisierst sicherheitsrelevante Maßnahmen bei der Baustelleneinrichtung
- Du führst Schulungen, Unterweisungen sowie Sicherheitsbegehungen und -besprechungen durch
- Du erfasst und dokumentierst systematisch Mängel und erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene SiGeKo-Ausbildung oder bist bereit, diese Qualifizierung bei uns zu erwerben
- Du bringst eine Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bauhauptgewerbe mit (z. B. Hoch-/Tiefbau, TGA, Meister:in, Techniker:in, Polier:in) und eine Qualifikation als Meister:in, Techniker:in oder Ingenieur:in ist zwingend erforderlich
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und trittst sicher auf
- Du denkst strategisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und flexibel
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B (alt: Klasse 3)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
