Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt die Produktstrategie für KI-Innovationen im Einklang mit unseren Voice-Produkten um
- Du baust Produkt-Roadmaps auf und pflegst sie, indem du Features auf Basis von Kundenfeedback und Geschäftszielen priorisierst
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus: Von der Idee bis zum Rollout – und darüber hinaus
- Du arbeitest eng mit Teams aus IT, Entwicklung, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success und Support zusammen
- Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Chancen und Trends durch und stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und rechtlichen Anforderungen sicher
- Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen auf Konferenzen, Messen und anderen Branchenveranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit anschließender Qualifizierung oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Softwareumfeld, und ein tiefes Verständnis für Voice-Technologien und Künstliche Intelligenz
- Du hast technisches Interesse und Begeisterung für Themen wie LLM, generative KI und Automatisierung sowie Grundkenntnisse der Telekommunikation und Cloud-Kommunikation
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit, planst Produkte von der Pike auf und stimmst dich eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen ab
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
