Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst technische Projekte im Bereich Maschinenbau, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Planung und Implementierung von Krananlagen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die termingerechte und budgetkonforme Umsetzung der Projekte unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitätsstandards und Kundenanforderungen
- Du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partner:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Du sicherst eine effiziente Ressourcenplanung und -auslastung im Rahmen der Projektarbeit
- Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen im Bereich Projektmanagement mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker:in, Meister:in, ein technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder verwandten Fachrichtungen
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Maschinenbau oder in der Fördertechnik
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Maschinenbau und Kompetenzen in der Elektronik
- Du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du zeigst analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist teamfähig und in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
