Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind für die Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung, bei Forecasts und Investitionsrechnungen verantwortlich.
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Erstellung Ihrer Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse mit.
- Sie sind an der Erstellung von Reportings, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für Ihre Geschäftsführung beteiligt.
- Sie bereiten die operativen KPIs auf, betreuen diese und verbessern sie kontinuierlich, um Handlungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Sie analysieren und bewerten Ihre Produktions- und Kostenkennzahlen.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihrer Produktion und anderen Fachbereichen zusammen.
- Sie entwickeln das bestehende BI-Tool weiter.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

- Sie verfügen über kaufmännischen Sachverstand durch ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie arbeiten sicher mit MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit Excel
- Sie verfügen über ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine analytische Denkweise
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in deutscher Sprache, mündlich wie schriftlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
