Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst bestehende Abrechnungs- und Buchhaltungsaufgaben und -prozesse und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung innerhalb von NetSuite
- Du bietest Unterstützung für aktuelle Prozesse innerhalb von NetSuite und pflegst und verbesserst bestehende Anpassungen mit Tools wie SuiteScript
- Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (einschließlich Finanzen, Buchhaltung, Controlling, Vertriebsabläufe und Business Intelligence) zusammen, um Geschäftsanforderungen in skalierbare NetSuite-Lösungen umzusetzen
- Du leitest die Implementierung neuer Features und Funktionen, die für die Abrechnungs- und Buchhaltungsprozesse in NetSuite relevant sind, um die betriebliche Effizienz zu steigern
- Du stellst die erforderlichen NetSuite-Lösungen bereit, die den definierten Geschäftszielen entsprechen, und stellst die Übereinstimmung mit den operativen Zielen sicher
- Du verwaltest und unterstützt kritische Prozesse wie die Rechnungserstellung und stellst sicher, dass genaue und zeitnahe Daten für Business-Intelligence-(BI)-Anforderungen bereitgestellt werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit NetSuite-Entwicklung, mit Schwerpunkt auf Abrechnungs- und Buchhaltungslösungen
- Du bist NetSuite-zertifizierter SuiteCloud-Entwickler (m/w/d) oder ERP-Berater:in
- Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit SuiteScript und NetSuite-Anpassungen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Du hast die nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte und Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu verwalten
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der Abrechnungs-, Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Prozesse in Cloud- oder Telekommunikationsdiensten mit und hast Erfahrung in einem Cloud-orientierten Geschäftsumfeld

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
