Deine Aufgaben - Hierfür brennst du:
- Du bist für das Controlling in unseren verschiedenen Schwesterfirmen MYPOSTER, KARTENLIEBE, ArtPhotoLimited, Printhouse und JUNIQE verantwortlich
- Du erstellst Standardreports, ad-hoc Analysen, betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und analysierst Soll/Ist-Abweichungen
- Du ownst unsere Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass Planung nicht nach Bauchgefühl, sondern mit Datensubstanz erfolgt
- Du bringst Digital Drive ins Finance-Team – mit frischen Ideen für smartere Prozesse und einem klaren Fokus auf die Verbesserung unseres Controllings
- Du analysierst Herstellkosten, Produktmargen und Deckungsbeiträge und identifizierst Soll-Ist-Abweichungen unserer Produkte
- Du erstellst und überwachst die monatliche Cashflow-Prognose und bist Ansprechpartner für unser C-Level und steuerst mit ihnen aktiv unsere Unternehmensgruppe

Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Controller in einem produktionsnahem Umfeld gesammelt und hast Bock auf komplexe Themen
- Du hast deine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder dein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Finance- oder Controlling-Schwerpunkt erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Idealerweise hast du bereits mit DATEV gearbeitet – das ist aber kein Muss!
- Du liebst Zahlen, denkst in Zusammenhängen und nutzt Analysen als Hebel für bessere Entscheidungen
- Du arbeitest sauber, präzise und strukturiert. Dein Anspruch? Hoch. Deine Qualität? Noch höher

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
